Orders & Booking

All orders require a minimum of 7 days notice. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on availability and must be confirmed prior to booking.

Payment

Full payment is required to confirm and secure your order. Orders are not considered booked until payment is received.

Cancellations & Changes

Cancellations or significant changes must be requested at least 4 days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery. Payments are non-refundable but may be applied as store credit at our discretion.

Pickup & Delivery

Pickup times must be scheduled in advance. Delivery is available for an additional fee and is based on distance and availability.

Custom Designs

We do not replicate or copy exact designs. All custom orders are created in our own style using inspiration photos as a reference only.
Allergies & Dietary Requests
While we offer select gluten-friendly and specialty options, we are not a certified allergen-free facility. Please notify us of any allergies when placing your order.

Product Care

Proper storage and handling instructions will be provided. Once orders are picked up or delivered, N220 Bakehouse is not responsible for damage due to improper handling or storage.
