Hi, I’m Nicole Benza, a pastry chef and the founder of N220 Bakehouse.
My love for baking began in Lima, Peru, and has grown into a creative journey that now connects Lima and Atlanta. I specialize in custom cakes, artisanal desserts, and curated catering experiences, blending technique, design, and intention to create pieces that are as beautiful as they are delicious.
For me, pastry is more than ingredients, it’s a form of storytelling. Every cake, every dessert table, and every catered detail is thoughtfully crafted to elevate meaningful moments and transform them into memorable experiences.
When I’m not in the kitchen, you’ll usually find me reading, spending time with my dog Lolo, or discovering new coffee shops.
